Red-Hot Negroni
A Rosie’s twist on the classic Negroni. House-made spiced chilli vermouth, Campari and Gracias A Dios agave gin, individually built and hickory-smoked in a cork bottle. Poured table-side and garnished with a charred cascabel chilli.
Roast beef with a Yorkshire pudding filled with gravy, beef dripping, onions, honey-roasted carrot purée, horseradish, parsley mayonnaise, and a parmesan crisp, all in a Brezelmania milk bun.
Served with triple-cooked sage and onion roast potatoes.
